We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to support the daily operational needs of a large distribution company in Kewdale. The successful candidate must have prior experience in a similar fast paced environment and a working knowledge of administrative practices and procedures.
Schedule, Pay and Miscellaneous:
* Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.00pm (open to part time 9.00am-2.30pm)
* $37.13 per hour inclusive of casual loading
* Free on site parking - must have own transport
* Chep pallet and 2IC experience preferred but not essential
* Dynamic and energetic working environment
What Your Day Can Look Like
* Collecting information from customers and clients
* Entering data into the central database
* Cataloguing the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
* Pallet management and co-ordination
* Retrieving data as requested
* Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
* Generating periodic reports
* Evaluating and approving Purchase Orders (POs)
* Indexing and filing invoices
To Be Successful You Will Need To Demonstrate
* Prior Chep Pallet experience
* Have access to own transport
* Ability to effectively apply data entry practices and procedures
* Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
* Be a proactive team member with a dynamic and committed work ethic
