Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, repair and maintain End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment and Systems at client locations.
* Provide both remote and on-site Level 2 and Level 3 support to all End Users for Incidents and Service Requests.
* Manage and provide physical support for End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment.
* Work with Other Service Partners by providing physical support for Infrastructure at client locations.
Requirements:
* A valid NV1 Security Clearance is required for this role.
* Demonstrated time management skills are essential.
* Motivation and enthusiasm are key to success in this position.
* Experience in delivering IT support services with measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
