About the Role
The Personal Assistant will work closely with the COO to streamline daily operations, manage priorities, and ensure the executive team is supported at the highest level. You'll be the go‑to person for coordination, communication, and execution of key administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the COO's emails, calendar & appointments.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items
* Act as a central point of communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
* Assist with project coordination, reporting, and follow‑ups
* Prepare operational staff rosters and schedules as required
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Anticipate needs, identify issues early, and proactively offer solutions
* Support general operational tasks to help the COO stay focused on strategic priorities

* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
* Confident managing competing priorities and tight deadlines
* Tech‑savvy, with proficiency across modern productivity tools
* Professional, reliable, and able to work with discretion
* A natural problem‑solver who enjoys taking initiative
