About the role
Play a vital role in the production of high-quality commercial catering equipment and join our team today. This full-time position based in Cranbourne, will see you using your welding and fabrication skills to develop professional grade stainless and sheet metal products to the commercial kitchen and catering industry.

* 6:00am - 2:30pm

What you will be doing
* Operate both in a team and individual to deliver projects on time and under budget
* Fabrication and welding of a variety of sheet metal components to create commercial catering equipment
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure accurate manufacturing
* Operating various metalworking machinery such as guillotines, folders, and welding equipment
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to support efficient production
* Mitigate rework by maintaining a high-quality standards of craftmanship
* Collaborate with team to troubleshoot and problem solve production issues
What we're looking for
• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Fabricator & Welder, with a minimum of 1 years in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Ability to perform MIG and TIG welding techniques to an exceptional standard
• Operate metalworking machinery with precision and safety
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
