About the role
The Program Officer will provide efficient and effective administration support to the Sustainability, Infrastructure and Assets Program Manager to ensure project initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.
**Key accountabilities of the role include**:
- Assist with planning and implementing projects that are aligned to the strategic direction of West Moreton Health and the Sustainability, Infrastructure and Assets Projects team.
- Organise, and manage all administrative aspects for the Sustainability, Infrastructure and Assets Projects team in a timely and professional manner.
About you
- Ability to establish and support project governance by scheduling meetings and performing secretariat functions.
- Experience working with project and program management schedules, reports, procurement and associated software programs.
- Participation in the development and implementation of organisational processes that improve project governance, compliance and continuous improvement in project management.
- Ability to assist with the planning, implementation and reporting for West Moreton Health capital projects.
- Understanding of the risks and issues management relative to the undertaking of capital projects.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.12/21and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
