Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Planning Consultant to support their Scheduling Team in the effective deployment of work across Metropolitan Australia. This role is pivotal in ensuring technicians are allocated efficiently and customer satisfaction is consistently achieved. The position is a six-month assignment starting at the end of July and concluding in the first week of August. It is an onsite role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain constant communication with technicians regarding job allocations.
* Follow up on incomplete or problematic jobs to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with Team Leaders, Management, and other departments.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
* Action re-bookings and cancellations efficiently.
* Work with the inbound call centre to maximise job opportunities.
* Manage job reservations and rebookings.
* Monitor and respond to all communication channels, including emails.
