Some duties in your day will include:
- Organising the scheduling of work for your service technicians to ensure a balanced weekly workload.
- Fulfil customer expectations on handling urgent repairs and breakdowns
- Resolve service-related issues, inquiries and complaints
- Ensure high productivity is prevalent re available technicians
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers; go the extra mile!
- Manage sales/ service order cycles
- Adhere to all service dept KPIS through the achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets;
- Liaise with internal resources to ensure ordering of stock and delivery process's are done in a timely manner
- Manage the service order cycle;
- Provide order status communication to customers affected
