The Role
Based in Sydney, you will work closely with leading litigators on a broad range of complex commercial disputes and arbitrations, both domestic and cross-border.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Advising on corporate and commercial litigation matters
* Acting in domestic and international arbitrations
* Working on regulatory investigations and product liability disputes
* Assisting on large-scale and high-profile class actions
* Drafting pleadings, submissions and legal advice
* Working closely with clients and collaborating with colleagues across the firm's global network
