We’re expanding! Our busy 300-seat waterfront restaurant is looking for experienced Waitstaff and a Head Waiter to join our growing team at 8 At Trinity, located in the luxurious Trinity Point development overlooking beautiful Lake Macquarie, NSW.

About the Venue
* 300+ seat restaurant in a premium waterfront location
* Just 80 minutes north of Sydney and 40 minutes south of Newcastle
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a Waitstaff or Head Waiter role
* Confident managing a busy section with multiple seatings per day
* Ability to carry 3 plates with ease
* A strong focus on exceptional customer service
* Well-presented, well-spoken, and reliable
* Fluent in English and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
* RSA certificate required
* Experience with computerised POS systems
* Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends (closed Mondays & Tuesdays)
