An opportunity has come to join the Canberra based team as a Team Leader
A Team Leader is the customer, operational and technical expert. They lead with a customer-centric mindset and display sound commercial and business sense to drive customer and people-related outcomes and business goals.
The Team Leader lives and breathes the FCM “DNA” and maintains a culture of support, safety and success. They are instrumental in the development and performance of their people and the growth, profitability and retention of their customers.
Their leadership capabilities build and nurture relationships both internally and externally for the betterment of the FCM brand.
You will be responsible for:
1. Understanding and driving team and area business plans, key performance indicators and key business deliverables
2. Maintaining the financial health of the business
3. Developing multi-level relationships with both internal and external customers
4. Identifying gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement
5. Assessing, troubleshooting and providing solutions to a varying range of customer scenarios
6. Ensuring all functions deliver a compelling customer experience to maximise the opportunity for retention and customer satisfaction
7. Delivering FCM’s marketing and product strategies and ensuring they are best optimised within the area
You will have:
8. Extensive travel industry experience
9. Previous leadership experience in a customer facing role
10. Drive and ambition to achieve and exceed goals
11. Superior presentation and negotiation skills
12. The ability to encourages and support the development of team members
13. A high degree of emotional intelligence
