Role Overview
The Solution Architect will lead end-to-end technical support for the NSWTG System Modernisation Program. This role involves designing and implementing solutions aligned with business requirements, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring technical documentation and architecture standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret business requirements and align with ICT capabilities.
Contribute to strategic technology direction and enterprise architecture.
Evaluate functional and technical requirements for complex projects.
Design Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including apps, data models, integrations, and workflows.
Act as a technical guide and produce architectural documentation.
Collaborate with product managers, security, compliance, and cross-functional teams.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale programs.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, canvas apps, model-driven apps.
Expertise in solution design, integrations, and workflows.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with enterprise architecture and strategic technology planning.
