We are seeking a high-performing Senior Recruitment Consultant ready for a career move to take the next step in their agency recruitment career.

The Sydney office features a mix of experienced and emerging consultants, several of whom consistently achieve top-tier billings, supported by strong leadership and a stable, well-established client base.
The Role
They are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Recruitment Consultant, leveraging an extensive candidate database and established networks to deliver end-to-end talent solutions.
Your focus will be on building and nurturing client relationships, matching high-calibre finance professionals to the right opportunities, and driving the agency's growth and reputation in the Sydney market.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and financial services clients to understand their hiring needs
Source, screen and assess high-calibre candidates through targeted search and networking strategies
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job specification, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding
Develop new business through proactive market research, cold calling and networking initiatives
Collaborate with leadership to refine recruitment strategies and contribute to team growth and mentorship
Experience Prerequisites
Minimum 2 years' agency recruitment experience, ideally within Financial Services or Corporate Services
Strong business development skills with a consultative, client-focused approach
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
High levels of integrity, professionalism and ethical practice
Self-motivated, organised and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
