Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and rapidly expanding provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are currently seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators & Teachers to join our vibrant services in the Macarthur Region.
About The Role
As an Early Childhood Educators at Young Academics, you will create meaningful learning experiences and environments that reflect best practice and are aligned with our service philosophy. You will support fellow educators to build strong partnerships with children, families, and the community.

o Centre Cook - Full-time, Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm
* Elderslie
o Diploma - Full-time

* Narellan
o Diploma Maternity Leave Cover - Full-time (4 days, 10-hour shifts)
* Smeaton Grange
o Certificate III - Full-time
o Inclusion Support Educator - Part-time, Monday to Friday (hours vary)
* Leumeah
o Diploma Room Leader - Full-time
* Gregory Hills
o Diploma Room Leader - Full-time
o Certificate III - Full-time
o Centre Cook - Full-time, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
* Gledswood Hills
o Diploma - Full-time
o Certificate III - Full-time
Please note, a full-time position requires flexibility to join a rotating roster, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 6:30 am - 6 pm.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a rich, engaging, and inclusive educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Support the team of educators & teachers through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice.
* Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team.
* Follow Centre Policies & Procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics, maintaining exemplary records and conducting comprehensive program evaluations
* Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, healthy environment that supports the well-being of children, staff, and stakeholders
* Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework, including laws, regulations, and quality standards.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre through active participation in our Quality Improvement Plan.
* Use your voice to advocate for children, families, and the profession, enhancing our service's professional identity.
About You
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III in Early Childhood and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved childcare qualification.
* Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate(Preferred)
* Valid Employee Working with Children Check(Paid)
* Commitment to upholding a Child Safe Organisation and inclusive practices
