Overview:
This role involves utilising a range of tools to gather information and documentation in respect of claims. You will be partnering with stakeholders, including insurers, brokers, policyholders and claimants.
The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced individual who has knowledge in interpreting legislative frameworks and understands liability concepts. They must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as empathy and emotional intelligence.
