SAP EAM Asset Data Package Consultant – IBM
As a key SAP consultant at IBM Consulting, you will deliver innovative business solutions through design, build and test, including systems integration. You will leverage your subject‐matter expertise and experience to ensure successful project delivery and client success. This role will combine strong technical and business skills and requires deep consulting experience, preferably within a professional consulting organisation.
Responsibilities
* Previous experience delivering SAP solutions within a professional services consulting organisation.
* Team lead or project‐management experience, combined with a strong drive to develop as a functional consultant.
* Ambition, excellent leadership skills, and a talent for building successful client relationships.
Requirements
* Extensive demonstrable SAP implementation experience, including at least 4 full end‐to‐end project lifecycles and leadership of the Plant Maintenance (PM) stream.
* Strong knowledge in the SAP PM domain and general knowledge of other SAP modules.
* Expertise in Asset information and data governance.
* Demonstratable experience in field service mobility using SAP applications.
* Previous history performing FIT‐Gap analysis and leading workshops with client business representatives and Process Architects.
* Customisation experience of SAP EAM solutions and understanding of core data structures and data flows.
* Strong problem‐solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues and present options to resolve problems.
* Ability to identify, develop and implement solutions in the SAP EAM PM domain to address gaps and meet business needs.
* Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to deliver key project deliverables on time and within cost.
* Proven success in contributing to a team‐oriented environment.
* Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
* Self‐directing, able to plan and manage workload with minimal oversight, escalating risks or issues as necessary.
