In this role, you'll help drive cost planning during design development, identifying opportunities for savings and managing design growth. Your key tasks will include establishing quantity baselines, reviewing design documentation, tracking progress against estimates, and working closely with the team to analyse cost-benefit options. We’re looking for someone with strong skills in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam/CostX (12D/CATS knowledge is a plus).
