Job Description
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Projects Team and Program Director.
* Assist with coordination and documentation across a large number of minor and major projects.
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and take minutes.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including construction contractors and contract administrators.
* Support on boarding processes for new contractors.
* Prepare reports using Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Format documents, track work-flows, and ensure deadlines are met.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in project administration or senior administrative roles (FIFO experience highly regarded).
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
* Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to multitask.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Confident, outgoing, and able to build relationships quickly.
* Level-headed, mature, and adaptable to changing priorities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
