About the Role
As an
Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
, you'll:
* Design and deliver an inclusive, engaging Kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF and QKLG.
* Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues in a supportive, nurturing environment.
* Create vibrant and inspiring learning spaces that encourage curiosity and discovery.
* Document children's learning through observations, evaluations, and reflections.
* Maintain compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
* Represent our service with professionalism and uphold our Catholic Early EdCare values within the wider community.

What You'll Need
* ACECQA-approved Bachelor, Graduate Diploma, or Master's in Early Childhood Education.
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
* Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check - QLD).
* Understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law & Regulations.
* Familiarity with behaviour guidance frameworks and inclusive practices.
