You will coach and inspire a high-performing team, ensure seamless day-to-day operations, and contribute directly to sales performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a passionate team to achieve sales budgets and KPIs. Support recruitment, rostering, training, and performance management. Deliver an elevated client experience, build CRM, ensuring every interaction reflects luxury service standards. Oversee store presentation, stock control, ticketing, and operational processes. Manage end-of-day reconciliation and reporting in line with company procedures. Assist in coordinating store events and client engagement initiatives.
