Job Description
The role involves administration, configuration, and support of the Oracle HCM system, including upgrades and issue resolution. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system functionality and user experience. Provide expert advice to leadership, manage data analysis, maintain documentation, and explore innovative tools. Ensure system performance aligns with user expectations and policies. The role requires independent and team decision-making to resolve complex issues and promote continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
Relevant postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with HCM systems and payroll integrations; ORACLE HCM preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
Experience coaching team members
Skills in Oracle query language
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of workplace policies including OH&S and anti-discrimination
Desirable Skills
Project management skills; experience with HR/Payroll systems such as AscenderPay, PageUp, Oracle HCM.
