Our client is a well‑established Perth‑based welding and fabrication company, located in Malaga, WA, with a strong reputation for precision, reliability, and quality. Founded in 1997, they specialise in designing, manufacturing, and installing custom stainless steel and alloy equipment for a wide variety of industries including mining, oil & gas, water treatment, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, commercial and industrial sectors.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will provide general labouring and warehouse support, ensuring the workspace is tidy, organised, and safe at all times. You will assist with loading and unloading goods onto racks using a forklift, picking up steel and materials from local suppliers, receipting goods in and out of the warehouse, handling and cleaning up scrap metal, supporting trades and workshop teams as required, and ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with site safety practices while taking care with materials and equipment.
What You Will Need
* Manual (C‑Class) Drivers License
* Current Forklift (LF) ticket
* Previous experience in labouring, warehousing or trade‑assistant duties
* Strong reliability, responsibility, and work ethic
* Ability to perform manual handling and follow safe work procedures
* Full working rights in Australia
* Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical
