Ray White Langwarrin are searching for an enthusiastic Receptionist who is eager to learn, develop their career in Real Estate, with progression in mind.
Being first point of contact you will be responsible for:
* Greeting and assisting clients
* Answering all incoming telephone calls and distributing accordingly
* Email enquiries
* Assisting in sales and property management administration
* Database entry and management
* Processing of sales Information
* Preparation of Marketing Material
* Social Media content
The position prefers someone with a minimum of 2 year experience in reception and administration.
However we are open to discussing an opportunity for a motivated individual who wanting to commence a Real Estate career, with progression in mind.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
* Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A positive and proactive approach to business and a willingness to learn
* Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems quickly and adapt.
* Proficiency in Google suite of products, Microsoft products, Social Media and online platforms.
* A proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
* Immaculate presentation
