Your Role

As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for reception duties, filing, data entry, record keeping, and a range of general administrative tasks, all while fostering a welcoming and respectful environment. You will engage with staff, residents, their families, and visitors, offering assistance and ensuring a positive experience. A friendly, patient, and adaptable attitude is essential, along with the ability to manage interruptions smoothly and maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.

We are seeking a flexible, casual Administrative Officer to provide support across all Juniper sites in both the North and South regions. This role will involve covering both planned and unplanned leave as well as being available to pick up last‑minute shift offers.


Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the site.
* Act as a point of contact for resident inquiries, referring them to the Manager/Supervisor as appropriate.
* Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, word processing, minute-taking, and photocopying.
* Input and maintain records to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.


Key Requirements

* Experience in the aged care sector is highly desirable.
* Driver's licence is essential.
* Highly organised with the ability to multi‑task.
* Effective time management skills and an understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines.
* Excellent presentation.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
* Professional, confident, and clear communication skills.
* Dependable, punctual, and consistently reliable.
