Team Leader/Clinical Supervisor – Multidisciplinary Private Practice (Full-time or Part-time)
We are seeking an experiencedClinical Team Leader/Supervisorto join our multidisciplinary psychology practice. This role is ideal for a senior clinician who thrives when supporting others to grow their skills and enjoys building positive team culture.
You will provide clinical supervision and mentoring to a team of multi-disciplinary mental health clinicians (psychology, occupational therapy, social work, mental health nursing and allied support staff). Alongside supervision, the Team/Leader/Clinical Supervisor will work with a small caseload of complex presentations, modelling high-quality, ethical, evidence-based care. The role will lead team development, staff support, people and culture processes, and practice operations.
About the Role
* Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to clinicians and staff within the practice
* Maintain a small, complex clinical caseload
* Support clinicians' professional development and reflective practice
* Contribute to recruitment, staff support, and team wellbeing initiatives
* Assist with elements of practice operations and office management
* Foster a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team
About You
* Registered Psychologist (or relevant allied health professional) with appropriate professional registration
* Experienced in clinical supervision and complex case work
* Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
* Interest or experience in staff support, people and culture processes and practice operations
* Communicates with influence
* Focused on helping clinicians develop confidence and thrive in their roles to meet KPI's
* Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychological interventions

Renumeration
Salaried based upon experience (package: $135,000.00 – $165,000.00 FTE with caseload)
