The Midcoast Trucks Group is a family owned company with locations in Macksville, Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. We have been in business for 34 years.
We require an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Coffs Harbour Team.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Assist customers with bookings and service inquiries
* Quote on Service and Repairs
* Process Repair Orders and Invoices
* Liaise with Workshop Foreman, Workshop Controller, Salespersons, and other internal staff members
* Communicate with customers and relay accurate information
To be successful for this role you will need:
* Ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure with minimal supervision
* Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
* Be organised and proactive
* Previous experience in the Automotive Industry as a Service Advisor
* Driver's License
* Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferred but not essential:
* Previous experience with Equip, Auto IT or similar Operating System an advantage though not essential
