Your Key Responsibilities
* Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs
* Use your knowledge and implementation experience to shape our services to meet client needs
* Use expertise to manage and deliver HR Transformation projects across various sectors, enhancing the change experience for diverse organisations
* Leverage your previous HR Technology experience to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis, recommendations, solutions, reports, presentations, and other project deliverables
* Implement and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to meet client requirements and business processes
* Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and provide best practice recommendations
* Develop and document functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration workbooks
* Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems
* Provide advanced-level support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to Employee Central and Payroll
* Provide advanced – level advice and guidance on payroll deployment approach and planning
* Perform data migration and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity
* Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
* A relevant Degree or Qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology, or Information Systems
* Experience working with different HR/Payroll systems and HR processes including process review and design
* Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll at a minimum
* Completion of a minimum 3 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations
* Understanding of HR Technology related business challenges and how to improve people and business experience
* Proven experience designing and configuring the Australian Payroll to ensure compliance with the state and national payroll legislation
