Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is responsible for providing forward-looking financial planning, performance reporting and commercial analysis to support sustainable growth across all aged care operations, including residential care, home care and retirement living.Key ResponsibilitiesLead UPA's budgeting and forecasting processesDeliver monthly financial and performance reports using Power BIPartner with executives and operational leaders to support strategic decision-makingDevelop business cases for major projects and investmentsIdentify cost optimisation opportunities and financial risk areasOversee regulatory compliance reporting, including aged care reforms and care minute trackingManage and develop a small team of analystsAbout YouYou are a commercially focused finance professional who thrives in a purpose-driven environment.
