We are looking for an experienced carpenter to add to our existing team. Our works range from maintenance, property alterations and larger extensions/rectification works for government departments including Dept of Education, Dept of Housing and other government building locations.
The Role - Carpenter - We are looking for an experienced carpenter who possesses the following attributes:
* Able to work successfully in a team environment or autonomously
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
* Be able to take a problem-solving approach when required
* Ability to plan ahead and complete material take offs as required
* Experience with maintenance works an advantage
* Experience or ability to use online software for job tracking, times, notes, photos, scheduling
* Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience preferred
We are looking for someone who is responsible, company orientated, looking for long term employment and enjoys a challenge. Role to start as casual and then to full time if the role suits both parties. Wages dependent on experience and knowledge.
