We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Product Support Specialist. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance and customer support for Sandvik Vibrating Equipment, ensuring seamless service delivery across the Asia-Pacific region.
The role involves troubleshooting complex issues on-site and remotely, conducting inspections, testing, and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, the incumbent will support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities, deliver engaging training to customers and internal teams, and collaborate with service teams to ensure effective support.
