The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional support to the Joinery team by delivering orders to tradespeople and maintaining a tidy workplace.
* Collaborate with the Joinery Manager to coordinate delivery schedules and prioritise tasks.
* Pick, load and manage orders efficiently.
* Deliver high-quality customer service to a diverse range of customers and tradespeople, including both commercial and industrial clients.
* Offer solutions to customers wherever possible and escalate any issues that may arise.
* Handle phone enquiries regarding delivery schedules, invoices and quotes in a professional manner.
* Ensure a safe working environment at all times.
* Perform manual handling tasks and work predominantly outdoors.
* Maintain a key role within the delivery and warehousing team.
