**What you will enjoy about this role**:
- Initially managing motor and home, then moving onto more complex commercial property, liability claims
- Managing claims workflow from lodgement through to settlement
- Taking calls regarding claims, requesting information
- Gaining training and support in new lines of claims
- Dealing with inbox and following up on claims enquiries
- Running weekly updated claims reports for senior members of the team
- Future opportunity to support the Brokers, providing quotations, processing information, and assisting with policy renewals
- Being part of a close team, supporting with typing letters, covering reception and general office administration
**What you will bring to the role**:
- A friendly, can-do attitude, and providing an outstanding customer experience are your key strengths
- At least 2-3 years claims experience, ideally in a broker, although not essential
- A commitment to learn, be loyal, and trustworthy
- A confident personality, able to adapt quickly to change and take on adhoc duties as required
