Job Description:
As an Aged Care Support Specialist, you will have the rewarding opportunity to assist aged care clients live independently at home. This role involves providing social support and respite for family members and carers, while also performing general household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Travel around Young and surrounding areas to provide support services to clients
* Perform general household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Provide social support and respite for family members and carers
* Assist with personal care if qualified or fully trained
