The OpportunityThe Sanctuary provides residents with a social lifestyle nestled around native gardens while offering stunning on-site facilities. In this position, you will play a significant role in providing high-quality care for our residents that provides a safe and vibrant environment where resident choice comes first. You will be passionate about building solid relationships, supporting residents to remain independent and delivering exceptional care. As a team player, you will be supportive and proactive to help ensure you and your colleagues exceed in providing high-quality care outcomes. This is a part time opportunity working the following schedule:
Week 1: Saturday & Sunday (7am-3pm)
Week 2: Saturday (7am-3pm)

Your Impact
Assist in the provision of quality care services to our residents
Work under the supervision of the Care Team to coordinate and document resident issues and escalate where needed to the broader teams
Demonstrate an empathetic attitude to the needs of the residents and be driven by safety, quality, efficiency and performance
Maintain effective interpersonal relationships with residents and wider stakeholders
Liaise effectively with external service providers who provide care within the community
What you will bring
Current AHPRA Division 2 registration (required)
Current CPR certificate (required)
Current Police Check clearance (required, however we can complete for you)
Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date (required)
Experience in Community Care or Retirement Living (desired)
Trustworthy, reliable & enjoy working in a team environment
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
