Candidate Requirements for the Sous Chef Job
* Demonstrated success in a similar role with trade-qualified Chef experience and at least 2 years' experience in a high-volume food production environment.
* Advanced knowledge of HACCP / QSAI / Food Safety and OHS.
* Prior experience working in airline catering and service-oriented environments, with prior experience in a HALAL working environment and knowledge regarding segregation and separation of equipment.
* Good financial understanding and cost-conscious skills, along with strong communication and organizational skills, and good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
* Availability to work 38 hours/week, as this is a full-time permanent position.
