About Us: BBC Digital is a leading digital print company based in Maroochydore. We are privately owned and have been operating for over 45 years as Canon's Australia's longest standing and largest Canon dealership with eight office locations and 150 staff across Australia. We specialise in providing a wide range of print products & software automation solutions to businesses of all sizes.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic out-bound appointment setter, who would like to be rewarded in line with their efforts and achievements.

BBC Group will provide the necessary training to the successful candidate around the use of existing CRM Software. You will work closely with our sales team, with additional support provided by the team to perform the tasks successfully.

Responsibilities:

* Out bound calling prospective clients from existing database, to generate leads.
* Building and maintaining our database.
* Meeting weekly targets for leads obtained.
* Providing excellent customer service to prospective clients
* Managing your time effectively to ensure maximum productivity.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills and rapport building.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Develop long-lasting customer relationships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM system
