The Role:
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented Junior Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of client care. Key responsibilities include:
•Assistance in managing a portfolio of properties located in Redbank Plains & Ipswich
•Conducting routine inspections, preparing entry and exit condition reports, and managing lease renewals.
•Assisting in overseeing advertising, application processing, and tenant sign-ups.
•Coordinating maintenance and handovers from builders.
•Responding to tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally.
•Liaising with lessors and assisting with leasing.
•Enjoy a balanced work from home work schedule with no weekends required (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm).
The Person :
We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a knack for thinking outside the box. The ideal candidate will have:
•A current QLD Real Estate License.
•Entry level position
•It would be helpful to have had experience with PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, RENET, but not essential.
•Strong communication and organisational skills.
•A keen eye for detail and excellent presentation.
