About You
Demonstrated experience in motor claims within a call-centre environment, with added value from exposure to commercial, complaints, and fleet claims.
Confident communicator able to manage volume of inbound and outbound calls with empathy and care for our customers.
Skilled at building positive relationships with insurance brokers and navigating customer needs with professionalism, and comfortable using a range of digital tools, systems, and reporting platforms.
A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a fast-changing digital world.
Confident in managing multiple tasks across various systems and product disclosure statements (PDS), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to interpret complex information, make thoughtful decisions, and support ongoing professional development through portfolio submissions.
