Clinical Nurse Manager – Residential Aged Care | Grafton A leading aged care provider is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to join their team at a well-regarded 80-bed residential aged care facility based in Grafton. About the Role: The Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) will provide strong clinical leadership and support the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care in line with best practice and regulatory standards. Working closely with the Director of Nursing, the CNM will also play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring exceptional clinical governance and fostering a positive team culture.
