Spill the Beans is an established, fast-paced Cafe on the Rockingham foreshore right at Palm beach jetty.
We thrive to provide fast and friendly service for our customers.
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Barista to join our team.
Work with us if you are:
- a hands on person with at least 3 years of experience as a barista and leadership capabilities
- flexible to work during the week as well as weekends and have your own transport to arrive in time for early morning shift starts
- reliable, responsible and can be in charge of daily tasks incl opening and closing the cafe
- a quick thinker who thrives in an energetic work environment with a sense of urgency
- a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for great customer service
