The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performance team of stores throughout Tasmania and Melbourne, driving strategic change, improving productivity, and achieving operational objectives.

The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience as a Regional Manager in retail with authentic leadership skills.
* Strong commercial acumen, including financial management reporting, productivity management, benchmarking, and analysis.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:

Requirements

* Ability to lead from afar and manage regional location stores.
* Preference for prior acquisition and/or multibrand management experience.
