As a Department Lead, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and meeting departmental KPI targets. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations, monitoring stock recovery, achieving sales growth, building a high-performing team, and leading by example.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong retail leadership experience preferred
* Visual merchandising experience
* Physical capability to work large volumes of stock and set the pace
* Owner's mindset for your department
* Passionate attitude that inspires your team
* Resilient and innovative problem-solving skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* IT competency
* First aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
