At Hennessy Real Estate, we're in a season of strong, purposeful growth. Over the past six months we've expanded across three towns, welcomed new team members, and significantly increased our sales and property management footprint across the North-West.
We're now seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to our sales function - supporting our agents so they can focus on what they do best - building relationships and achieving results for our clients.
This is not an entry-level role. It's a senior, hands-on position for someone who understands sales processes, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and takes pride in helping others perform at a high level.
About the Role
As Sales Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of our sales team. You'll work closely with the Principal, General Manager, and Sales Agents to ensure sales campaigns run smoothly from appraisal to settlement.
Your role will include:
* Coordinating the end-to-end sales process across residential, rural, and lifestyle properties
* Managing sales administration, listings, marketing schedules, and compliance
* Supporting agents with contracts, documentation, and workflow management
* Ensuring CRM, databases, and systems are accurate, current, and used well
* Creating consistency and best practice across offices
* Acting as a key point of continuity as the business continues to grow
You'll be trusted, autonomous, and deeply embedded in how the sales team operates day to day.
About You
You're organised, calm under pressure, and commercially minded. You enjoy being relied upon and take quiet pride in making things work seamlessly behind the scenes.
Ideally, you'll bring:
* Previous experience in real estate sales administration, sales operations, or a senior sales support role (real estate experience strongly preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and process discipline
* Confidence working with senior salespeople and leadership
* Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
* A proactive mindset - you see what needs doing and do it
