Our Custom-made online marketplace allows you to select your own products and tell us how you would like it prepared.
We are currently seeking a full-time Web Administrator for our business located in Pyrmont, NSW
Your duties will include:
Assess and determine software, hardware, and network requirements to support GetFish's online seafood retail operations and digital infrastructure.
Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for website, e-commerce platform, and internal system issues.
Customise and enhance existing web applications and integrations to meet evolving business and user needs.
Install, configure, and maintain software tools and plug-ins that optimise website performance, order management, and customer experience.
Ensure the efficient use and performance of IT systems, applications, and digital assets across all departments.
Implement and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable network and hosting environments to support continuous online operations.
Design, update, and manage the GetFish website to ensure high availability, seamless functionality, and alignment with brand and marketing objectives.
Monitor and perform routine maintenance or replacement of peripheral equipment such as point-of-sale terminals, printers, and modems to ensure operational continuity.
Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to support smooth order processing and delivery workflows.
Provide technical assistance through helpdesk channels, ensuring minimal downtime and excellent internal user support.

Requirements of position
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant work experience or 3 years of experience to substitute formal qualification
