As we expand our footprint in Brisbane, we're seeking experienced and driven Safety Advisors to join our teams on projects across the region.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of everyone on site while contributing to the successful delivery of vital infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities
* Provide expert WHS guidance to project managers, site teams, and subcontractors.
* Implement and manage EHS systems aligned with project and legislative requirements.
* Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching, mentoring, and engagement.
* Analyse safety data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
* Support the integration of digital safety tools (e.g., HammerTech).
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in WHS roles within the construction industry.
* Relevant WHS qualifications and certifications.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Confidence using digital safety platforms.
