* Design and deliver pathways to build the Australian Submarine Agency's Nuclear Engineering, Science, and Technology workforce
* Lead technical upskilling activities by identifying and facilitating training to build future readiness
* Contribute to shaping a capable and future-ready technical workforce by using structured planning and proven measures to grow the specialist workforce required for the optimal pathway
* Drive continuous improvement through program oversight by delivering project outcomes and workforce solutions to build sustainable talent pipelines for a skilled sovereign workforce
