Providing a comprehensive range of medical imaging services to the region, working with I-MED in Mildura is the ideal way to fast track your career with exposure to a multitude of unique and interesting cases across multiple modalities.
About the role
The role requires rostering across both of our radiology departments - our private practice site and a busy regional hospital at Mildura Base Public Hospital, covering the core hours of 7am-12am plus on-call, the successful candidate will be guaranteed CT training to ensure they are able to fulfil the role.
Advancement into MRI, Cardiac CT and Mammography may be available to suitable applicants. Applicants with any of these existing skillsets will be highly regarded.

Working as part of a great team you will be reporting to the Chief Technologist, being responsible for driving high quality and efficient imaging services across a range of modalities.
This role can be tailored for both new graduates and experienced Radiographers.

Key responsibilities:
* Managing patients and operating specialised medical imaging equipment such as General X-Ray, intra-operative Image Intensifier, and CT;
* Consistently delivering high levels of patient care and service.
* Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers.
* Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Key selection criteria:
* Current relevant Radiography Radiation License and professional registration.
* Appropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staff.
