Reporting into the Customer Delivery & Business Excellence Manager, the Customer Delivery Manager – Medical (“CDM”) will be based at our Notting Hill head office, enjoy flexibility, and have the option of hybrid working. The CDM will lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional internal and external customer service, support sales and service operations, optimise processes, and support growth through effective customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary customer support team;
* Partner with the sales team to ensure seamless customer interactions and support sales initiatives;
* Oversee daily operations of the service support department, ensuring delivery of efficient and effective service support;
* Measure customer feedback, implement initiatives to enhance satisfaction, and address any service-related issues promptly;
* Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in sales and support operations;
* Engage cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience;
* Apply data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning;
* Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management;
* Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations, and;
* Always ensure a safety-first approach.

The ideal candidate will be equipped with the following attributes:

* Tertiary qualification in Business, or related discipline;
* Proven experience in similar roles within a similar industry (highly desirable);
* Track record of leading and managing high-performing teams;
* Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation;
* Knowledge of QHSE regulations and standards;
* Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
* Exemplary understanding of compliance rules, with a proactive mindset and the ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards, and;
* Excellent leadership, relationship building, conflict resolution, interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
