The Role
In this dynamic role, you'll take on new challenges daily, using your process-driven approach and innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement.
Working closely with key stakeholders, you'll help shape and execute strategic initiatives across data architecture and tooling.
To succeed, you'll need strong knowledge of systems, technology, and data, along with a curiosity for improving the platform.
With ongoing consumer feedback, the product will evolve through continuous iterations.
Your Skills & Experience
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using modern cloud data integration and processing tools
Develop robust ETL/ELT processes to support analytics, reporting, and dashboarding needs.
Work closely with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
Build semantic layers and structured data models to support business intelligence and self-service reporting platforms.
Uphold strong data governance practices, ensuring data integrity, quality, and compliance across environments.
Apply software engineering best practices, including automated testing, logging, monitoring, and resilient error handling.
Configure and manage CI/CD workflows to support smooth deployment and ongoing optimisation of data solutions.

You have exceptional technical know-how and a real passion for the end-to-end solutions that drive the user experience and customer happiness.
You will have effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment.
