We are currently seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join a leading company in the retail industry. As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable growth through retention initiatives.
Collaborating with key stakeholders, including the Head of Optimisation & Personalisation, Retail team leadership, and Sales operations leadership, you will be responsible for defining strategies and executing CRM, Loyalty, and Automation activities across multiple customer-facing brands.
Your responsibilities in this role would be:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver and prioritize CRM platform initiatives, objectives, and outcomes for specific brands.
- Work closely with the Sales operations team to enhance CRM platform adoption and integration within the Martech solutions.
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's Retail Loyalty Program and Trade retention initiatives.
- Leverage the loyalty proposition and facilitate marketing automation initiatives to achieve targeted customer growth.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through seamless data transition and provide an exceptional omni-channel experience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, sharing insights and growth opportunities within the Martech space.
- Develop and drive the CRM product roadmap, ensuring scalability, usability, and effective defect management.
- Identify and implement enhancements to improve operational efficiencies across departments.
- Provide performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the CRM platform to senior management.

- Demonstrable experience in an agile environment, making effective decisions to drive growth.
- Strong focus on delivery with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in utilizing data and insights to inform decision-making.
- Expertise in points engine administration, report creation/modification, and Excel data manipulation.
- Previous experience in CRM platform administration and delivering UI enhancements.
- Knowledge of loyalty programs and marketing automation is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a solid understanding of industry trends.
