KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and develop a small team, guiding them on their days and supporting their growth
* Personally connect with brides, delivering a warm, personalised appointment-based experience
* Ensure boutique standards are upheld, including dress presentation, styling, and repairs
* Manage inventory and stock processes, supported by your team
* Maintain boutique visual merchandising to reflect the brand's premium, curated aesthetic
* Build and nurture VIP client relationships, creating memorable experiences for every bride
* Be commercially minded while leading people, sales, and the overall boutique performance
YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU...
* Have experience in bridal, beauty, or luxury client-facing roles where personalised service is key
* Are confident managing and mentoring casual team members
* Can pivot energy depending on client needs – a true chameleon on the floor
